Security on Radiant is built on a simple principle: your funds never leave your exchange. We trade through restricted API connections, but we cannot move, withdraw, or otherwise take custody of your assets.

How your funds stay protected

• API-only access, no withdrawals — trading permissions only; withdrawal access is never requested.
• Funds remain in your custody — assets stay on your own exchange account at all times.
• Encrypted transport and storage — credentials are transmitted over TLS and stored in hardened backend infrastructure.
• Verified before activation — each connection is reviewed to confirm the correct permissions and exchange setup.

API key best practices

Create a dedicated API key for Radiant, enable trading permissions only, keep withdrawals disabled, and use IP whitelisting if your exchange supports it. Never share your API secret in chat, email, or screenshots.

What we cannot do

Radiant cannot withdraw funds, transfer balances, change your exchange account password, or modify your security settings. You can revoke API access at any time directly from your exchange account.

Operational control

Trading only begins after your API connection has been verified and you actively start a strategy. You can pause, stop, or disconnect at any time.
